Steelers, Bengals to play in AFC Wild Card round

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals are set to play an AFC wild card game in New Orleans, but they will have to face off in a wild card round for the right to play.

The AFC West champion Denver Broncos will play the San Diego Chargers in the second round.

The second round of the postseason is slated to begin at 7 p.m.

ET on Sunday, May 26, in a best-of-seven round.

That will determine who advances to the next round.

In a recent league-wide memo, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said that the division winners will be able to move on to the second, third and fourth rounds of the playoffs.

That means the top two seeds in each division will play each other in the divisional round and the second-place team will play in the AFC Wild card game.

The Chargers will play Denver in their second round and they will face the Broncos in their third round, and they would play the second and third-place teams in their fourth and final round.

Denver and San Diego are both projected to be the top seed in the West.
